I have been visually impaired for 20 years now. I haveMacular Degeneration secondary to uveitis . My visually loss was a side effect from cryo surgery.

I've been answering phones for Low Vision Plus for 7 years now. I understand the devastating effect it has on a person's life and their well being. I'm full of all kinds of information about visual aids, free services or just someone to talk to about your visually loss. I just want to help others lead a full and independent life as I do now.

I'm certified in rehabilitation, mobility and low vision. I'm a Mother, Grandma and Wife. My goal in life is to educate the visually impaired and hope they can lead a life of independence and well being with visual aids at ANY AGE.
