I have been visually impaired for 20 years now. I have Macular Degeneration secondary to uveitis . My visually loss was a side effect from cryo surgery when I was 31 years old.

I've been answering phones for Low Vision Plus for 7 years. I met Michael Perry 20 years ago when he came to my home and helped me with visual aid after my vision loss.

I understand the devastating effect it has on a person's life and their well being with a visual loss. I'm full of all kinds of information about visual aids, free services or just someone to talk to about your visually loss. I just want to help others lead a full and independent life as I do now.

I'm certified in rehabilitation, mobility and low vision. I'm a Mother, Grandma and Wife. I love to play crafts with my grandkids and make custom cakes.

My goal in life is to educate the visually impaired and hope they can lead a life of independence and have well being with visual aids at ANY AGE.
